- 6 oz. of milk
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 drop of vanilla extract
Method of Preparation:
Pour the milk in small saucepan and put it on heat. It should bewarm;don’t leave it to reach the boiling point.
Pour the milk in some cup in which you added the honeyandthe vanilla.
Mix everything well and drink this potion before going to bed.
If you are not tolerant to lactose, you should substitute the milk with lactose free soy milk, rice milk or almond milk. The method of preparation will be the same.
