  • 125 grams of beef (boiled)
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 rusk

DAY 5

Lunch

  • 200 grams of fishor boiled meat
  • 1 rusk
  • 1 tomato

Dinner

  • ½ kg boiled carrot, potatoor peas

Note: you should cook your vegetables or your meat without salt, or with just little bit. And you need to take a break on the sixth and the seventh day, and continue on the eighth. And this is very important as well – while you are on this diet plan you should not drink any type of alcohol. In the first 5 daysyou will lose 5 – 10 lbs.
