- ½ kgCarrots
- Clean water
- 3-4 tablespoons of Honey
Chop the carrots into small circular pieces. Then put them in a pan filled with water and boil on a stove. Once the carrots are soft, take the pan off the stove and strain the water. Keep the water, don’t pour it down your drain because you will use it later. Then blend the carrots or mash them with a fork. Add the honey in the water and stir until they are mixed well. Now, add the blended or mashed carrots to the water and honey mix everything.
Your syrup is ready, andit should be kept cool, so you can refrigerate it.
How to use it?
Take the syrup 3 – 4 times a daywith a teaspoon. You will notice significant improvement in a few days of use.
