- Self-stick gauze pads
Chop well the garlic and onion and put it aside.
Pour some water in a pot and let it boil. Add the choppedonions and garlic in the boiling water. Let it boil for additional 10 minutes.
Then, leave the water to cool for 20 minutes. Afterward, pour the mixture in the center of the self-stick gauze pads, only until they’re wet. If the pads are too wet, squeeze them. Moreover, be careful not to wet the sticky part of the pads.
On the soles of the feet,especially at the center part, patch the self-stick gauze pad. Put on your socks in order to keep the pad from falling off. Throw it in the morning.
