- 400 gr celery
- 1 kg lemon
Method of Preparation:
Grate 400gr of celery root, and add it in 2 litters of water. After that, add a little bit of lemon peel. Cook the mixture for around 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes, leave it for around 5-6 hoursto cool down. Squeeze the lemons and then add the juice into the mixture. Afterwards, strain the mixture and pour it in a glass bottle.
This drink should be consumed before meals,three times a day ( 1 dl ). If you think it is too strong, just dilute it a bit with water. Keep the mixture in a fridge.
