For the preparation of parsley tea you need some fresh parsley. Don’t remove the root, as you need the whole plant.
First, chop the parsley well. Then, pour 500 ml of water into a pot and bring it to boil. Add 5 teaspoons of the chopped parsley into the boiling water and boil for additional 5 minutes. When done, remove from heat and allow it to cool for about 20 minutes. Finally, strain the tea and consume three times on a daily basis.
